SELECTION

The flower of the Colombian  Coffee plant ( Arabica ), becomes a ripe fruit after 32 weeks, then,  the ripe coffee beans are hand picked from the plant. This process will be done a few times as the beans continue to ripen through the harvest season.

This method assures a much higher quality coffees translating into the flavors and aromas that characterize Colombian Coffees and make it the best in the world.
